Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair split, package, ducted, VRF/VRV and other HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment
- Repair or replace defective components — compressors, motors, capacitors, thermostats, contactors and control boards
- Check refrigerant gas pressure, identify leaks and perform gas charging when required
- Clean evaporator and condenser coils, filters, drain lines and blower units
- Ensure proper operation of ventilation and exhaust systems
- Maintain daily service reports and work completion records
- Follow company safety procedures and client site regulations
- Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to complete assigned tasks efficiently
Requirements
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance
- Good knowledge of electrical troubleshooting
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
