This page used to show ratings and quotes that were written as marketing copy, not collected from customers. They have been removed. A rating appears here only once a real job produced it and the customer agreed to be named.
How ratings are collected
After every completed visit
The app asks for a rating once the technician signs off — not before.
Tied to a real work order
A rating belongs to one job, with its photos, timestamps and sign-off attached.
Published only with consent
A rating in the app is private. Quoting one in public needs the customer's agreement.
